Valley Views
The Shenandoah Valley in Virginia is a beautiful place with rolling hills, wooden fences, old barns, peaceful fields, and fertile farms.
With this series of images, I share my vision of the valley - a vision softened by intentional camera movement and enhanced through multiple exposure to showcase the feeling I get of the here and now that is, however, often based on a distant time and place. Even though I was raised as a city girl, my heart lives within what I call the blue ripples of the mountains.
